How is NDoors doing?

So we nearing the end of the first week the english WonderKing has gone online. So let’s take a quick look at what NDoors have achieved in their first week. The game started off pretty nicely, many players online and suprisingly I haven’t encountered any big problems. It was nice to see that many people were attracted to the game, but after time it got more and more clear that if NDoors isn’t going to change something drastically, they may even end with a game with just a handfull of players.
The first thing NDoors failed in was trying to keep people attracted to the game in the o-so-important first days. GM’s could have been more online ingame to ask players what they thought about the game (or I and everybody I spoke to have just missed it?). Nice summoning events could have been made and similar things. However all the community got was make-the-GM signature event, send-bug-reports-to-the-GM events and some other small stuff where just a handfull of people was interested in (because of the rewards obviously).
The last thing is the community support. Directly when NDoors launched their website there was this nice tab called social networks. It looks like NDoors is happy with WonderKing fansites (just like pretty much any other gamesite), so we send them a mail to the adress about WonderKingHQ. Strangely enough we never got any awnser back to our mail, so we tried to contact them several other ways. Yet they seem they don’t want anything to do with their biggest fansite yet and just ignore every contact. Later on I finally got a response from a GM at the forum. Sadly enough that was all. Later on I messaged a GM ingame and he/she replied, that told me I was rude for asking a question (just a regular question I asked other gaming companies aswell, that had absolutely no problem at all). So I guess NDoors doesn’t give much about their fansites aswell.
We from WonderKingHQ still think WonderKing has much to offer and is a great game that has lots to offer. NDoors however fails to see what a gamecompany is supposed to do. We are your customers and if you fail to see that we won’t return.
Also a good tip. Around 10 people message me daily saying that they can’t play the game, because they don’t have a CBT account. It would be a nice idea to inform people what a CBT account accually is.

I can’t believe this, I know for a fact that the events are true, but the fact that they don’t care about thier fansites, I mean seriously, if you don’t have fansites, it means you don’t have fans!! OK, I could go on ranting forever, but I have decided to just leave it here.
